What you wrote about a repetitive exercise is so true!

And thanks for linking to my charity list - I wasn't expecting that when I arrive here this morning!Playing by the bookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02761644438775249830noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3934041490878801751.post-23947200665766765722012-01-12T20:36:26.162-06:002012-01-12T20:36:26.162-06:00Good comprehensive list! mpflory.blogspot.comGood comprehensive list! mpflory.blogspot.comMP Floryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03226461062194138855noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3934041490878801751.post-68357154448063322522012-01-12T17:33:17.820-06:002012-01-12T17:33:17.820-06:00Posts like this one are the reason this is the blo...Posts like this one are the reason this is the blog I most often recommend to fellow writers. One thing I find helpful when I'm stuck or just lost in the middle of a story is to journal as my character. I sometimes do this right in the story in a different color. I let the character state the situation and then just let him/her whine about it, brag about it, get mad about it...whatever. Many times, this works like magic for me, providing the direction I need to move forward.

Thanks for the roundup of happenings, too.JenFWhttp://www.arisgarden.com/blognoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3934041490878801751.post-92028063846426747382012-01-12T11:30:54.687-06:002012-01-12T11:30:54.687-06:00Glad you found the post helpful, Linda.
