It forces you to do a bit of foreshadowing, and actually takes you to a place you did not necessarily intend to go.<br /><br />Case in point -- I completed one last night that started with the line "Bad music made worse by volume" because the sound of a distant barbecue was annoying me, and somehow the poem ended in suicide! (I didn't see that coming.)<br /><br />Anyways, thanks again. I'll play with this some more as part of my kids' poetry work.
